Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate Fido’s business operations and strategies.
- Lead data analysis for business teams, working in synergy with other analysts and data specialists.
- Design, refine, and manage key performance dashboards and metrics.
- Generate insights to drive business expansion and enhance operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to both tech-savvy and non-technical team members.
Eligibility Criteria
- Someone with at least 5 years of data analysis experience, ideally in a SaaS or consumer-facing company.
- A degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or DataStudio.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic team environment.
- Previous financial sector experience is a plus but not required.
