Your Role
As a Head of Site and Services Sales your responsibilities are:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies and objectives that align with their overall EMEA sales strategy.
- Drive Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets to drive growth and meet financial objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse, multi-cultural team, promoting resilience and high performance through effective leadership.
- Promote Safety and Sustainability: Foster a culture that prioritizes safety and environmental responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. A postgraduate business qualification is highly advantageous.
- At least 10 years in the mining industry, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership and business development roles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A strong financial acumen and a proven track record in strategic sales planning and execution.
- A robust network within the mineral processing industry, which will be instrumental in driving business development and stakeholder engagement.
