Are You Eligible?
To apply, you must:
- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Reside in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and meet specific SAT or ACT score requirements.
- Demonstrate financial need (https://www.danielsfund.org/scholarships/daniels-scholarship-program/overview), with an adjusted gross income of $100,000 or less.
What Does the Scholarship Cover?
- Financial Support: The Daniels Scholarship covers the full cost of attendance at partner colleges in the four-state of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. If you choose a school outside these states, the scholarship offers up to $25,000 per year for qualified educational expenses.
- Comprehensive Support: Each scholar receives a laptop and ongoing support throughout their college journey.
- Flexibility: You can use the scholarship at any accredited two-year or four-year college in the U.S.
Application Process
Applications open on September 16 and close on October 18, 2024.
Post-application, semi-finalists will be required to submit essays and recommendations. If selected, they will undergo interviews with local community leaders.
