What is the KIC Young Farmer Business Academy?
The YFBA is not just a training program. It’s a comprehensive initiative that provides systematic training, engaging workshops, and hands-on farming experience. The academy focuses on agricultural production but encourages you to explore related sectors for potential business opportunities. By participating, you’ll gain valuable insights through practical sessions, field demonstrations, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
Who Should Apply?
YFBA is looking for individuals who are:
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years, with a preference for applicants aged 18 to 24 years old.
- Commitment: Ready to dedicate up to 12 days a month for various training sessions.
- Location: Must be residing in Ghana for the duration of the program.
